Do you offer a size chart guide?
SIZE CHART GUIDE:
To ensure the perfect fit of your bracelets we recommend measuring your wrist with a soft tape measure. When ordering your bracelets, select a size ¼ to ½ inch larger than what your wrist originally measured. The size you select will depend on your personal preference of a snug fit or fit with some room for movement.
HOW-TO MEASURE: Start by tightly wrapping a tape measure around your wrist. When you are measuring the tape around your wrist, you must ensure you maintain contact with your skin all the way around for the most accurate measurement.
EXAMPLE OF MEASURE: If your wrist measures 6 inches, you would select size 6.5. *If you would like 6 ¼, please leave a note at checkout.
How do I get my bracelets on and off?
Our 14K Gold Filled bracelets are strung on elastic cord, which adds a slight stretch so you can easily roll your bracelets on and off. It is best practices to roll each individual bracelet on and off. Please avoid rolling all of your bracelets on or off at once as this will stretch the elastic and could damage the bracelet long term.
My order arrived wrong/damaged. What can I do?
In the event you receive a damage or wrong item. Please message us on IG @harlitobraceletco within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will assess the situation to best assist you.
There is a piece of jewelry I want, but it is out of stock! What can I do?
Please message us on IG: @harlitosbraceletco. All of our pieces are made to order and can potentially accomodate depending on the product that is out of stock.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
How can I return my jewelry?
At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Because all of our pieces are customized, handmade to order, all of our sales are FINAL. If you are unsure of your size or have any specific questions about a product, please message us on IG: @harlitosbraceletco. Our team is happy to assist you prior to placing your order to ensure everything is accurate.
My bracelets arrived in the wrong size. Do you offer resizing?
Yes, we are happy to offer resizing! Because all of our pieces are handmade to order, we do charge a service fee for resizing. This fee is a rate of $8 per bracelet plus our return label of $5 for domestic shipping.
SHIPPING
How long will my order take to arrive?
All of our orders are custom, made-to-order. Please allow 5-8 business days after your order has shipped for it to arrive to its destination.
Do you offer domestic and international shipping?
We currently only offer domestic shipping in the U.S. At this time, the only international shipping we have available is to Canada.
My bracelet hasn’t arrived! Did it get lost in the mail? What can I do?
All of our package are shipped via USPS. In the event that your package is lost/stolen/missing, please contact USPS to create a claim. Harlitos Bracelet Co does not take responsibility for any lost, stolen, or missing packages.
